Where there is usually reinforcement, the chamber is filled, in the extrusion phase, with a special foam that adheres by pressure and not by union on the surface of the profile.
The IKD intensive insulation, in combination with a triple glazing with argon gas, offers for the first time the possibility of producing frames with a thermal insulation value of Uf = 0.89 WK.
